check是检查的意思，而和examination则是考试的意思，区别可以从以下例子看出：

In university there are so many check during semester, but there is only one examination in the end of semester. 在大学里，学期有很多检查，但学期末只有一次考试。

Inspection 和examination 虽然都有检查的意思，但是两者所代表的检查是很有区别的。

Inspection 的检查是指的是领导去工厂检查员工的工作，我们去机场过安检这样的视察。
